Shipping Policy

We strive to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly and securely as possible. Our shipping policy is as follows:

1. Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 5-7 business days after payment is received.

2. Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Please refer to the estimated delivery date provided by the carrier for more information.

3. Shipping Methods: Shipping costs vary based on the shipping method you select and the weight and dimensions of your order.

4. Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to addresses within South Africa.

5. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track your order online using the carrier’s website.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility: 

   • To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide proof of purchase.

   • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

   • Products under the following conditions cannot be returned: 

     Does not include all original accessories, attachments, or in original packaging, or any item that is not in new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents, or scratches.

     Any defect or damage of the product caused by improper use of or unauthorised modification to the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.

     Battery and hand controller (with battery cell inside) cannot be returned from outside South Africa.

     On sale items or gift cards.

     The return request is not sent to eFoilBoards within the required 14 calendar day period.
     
     

      

2. Refund Process: Once we receive your request for a refund, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s). You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Refund Amount: We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping costs as well as a 10% handling fee.

4. Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive your returned item(s).
